Access to a single record only

I would like to restrict the access to a single project only. I do not want all the users to see it. Can I set it somehow?

If you have a class with a list of projects, you can restrict access to particular records by means of organization structures. Add to the class with projects a reference to a class, over which an organization structure is defined and in the class detail set for the roles access to read via this organization structure. Records will then be accessible by users defined in the class over which the organization structure is defined.
